   Deptho, accessible via https://deptho.ai, is a platform that empowers users to create and download AI Powered Real Estate redesigns. Additionally, Deptho facilitates centralized shopping searches for elements of the redesign.

2. Ownership
   Designs created using Deptho are available for both Personal and Commercial use. Each new user have to purchease credits to use Deptho. We offer both single purchase and subscription options.

3. User Data Collection
   Deptho collects user data including name, email, and payment information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and encourage you to review our Privacy Policy at https://deptho.ai/privacy-policy.

4. Non-Personal Data Collection
   We may also collect non-personal data through web cookies to enhance your user experience.
